About Us


Sharpe Pointe is a website created and maintained by and for the loyal international fan base of the beloved Sharpe Series created by Bernard Cornwell and adapted for television beginning in 1993, starring Sean Bean. To date there are 16 completed episodes and Celtic Films in conjunction with Picture Palace Films aired the 16th chapter in the Sharpe Series, Sharpe's Peril, in the early Spring of 2010 on PBS in America.


It is the goal of this site to provide Sharpe fans with a foundation for all things Sharpe-related and we are proud to begin with several exciting forays into the world behind the making of the Sharpe Series.


We will be bringing you behind the scenes information, interviews with stars and crew including glimpses into all the many factors that are a part of producing the superb Sharpe Series.


Over the coming months we will continue to add photos, biographies, episode information, trivia and much more.
